How do I find you at the airport?
Once you clear customs and inmigrations, walk to the main exit door. you will probably be approached by time share vendors, they offer assistance with tours and transfers, do not listen to them and just keep walking, please look for our staff in airport arrivals area they will be holding a Kukulnah sign with your name on it.
Do we have to share a ride with other people?
No. All our transfers are private.
What if our flight is delayed and we are not there at the designated time?
We will wait for you until the plane lands, we monitor the arrival flights.
We are going to Cozumel. Can you take us to the ferry docks in Playa del Carmen?
Yes, our airport shuttle provider will deliver you to the ferry dock in Playa del Carmen. NOTE: If you require transfer to Playa del Carmen ferry docks select "Playa del Carmen" as your drop off location, we can privide ferry tickets with extra cost.
Do I have to pay for a baby?
Everybody counts as a Passenger due to insurance policies.
We are traveling in a group. Is there a discount?

How long does it take to get to:
Cancun City/Hotel Zone : It all depends on traffic conditions and weather. The trip generally takes ½ hr to 45 minutes. - Playa del Carmen : 1 Hour. - Akumal : 1 1/2 Hrs. - Tulum : From Cancun to Tulum the drive is around 2 hours.
I am traveling alone, do I have to pay for two people?
The charge is per vehicle , not per person . If there is 1 to 3 people on the vehicle you will pay one rate, if there is 4 to 7 people on the vehicle you will pay a different rate.
What kind of vehicles are used?
Air conditioned vans with a capacity of 8 to 10 persons.
Our flight is coming in very late. Can we still get a transfer?
Yes, our airport shuttle provider will be at the airport until the last flight arrives.
Is there a limit on how much luggage we can take?
Yes, a maximum of two pieces per person are permitted without extra charges.
Do you have car seats available?
Yes, we can have car seats on board of our vehicles, company employees are not allowed to secure car seats on the vehicle, this must be done by customers due to insurance regulations.
Can I ask the driver to stop on a store on the way?
We can provide a 5 minutes complementary stop in any store. After that each hour costs $30.00 USD. per hour., Usually on Walmart, Costco or any other big stores stops we charge $40.00 USD.
